 Spring Clean Up

• Rake dethatching of lawn
• Blowing and clearing away leaves, branches and debris from lawns and beds

Spring Bed Maintenance

• Re-establishing crisp lawn- and bed edges
• Pruning and trimming of perennials and shrubs as necessary
• Light weeding to prepare for mulch installation

Mulch Installation

• Delivery, material, and installation of up to 3 yards of organic high-quality mulch (April/May)

Lawn Services

• Mowing and blowing (includes decks, walkways, driveways etc.) 26 visits per season (April 2x, May 4x, June 4x, July 4x, Aug 4x, Sept 4x, Oct 3x, Nov 1x)

Regular Shrub and Bed Services

• Weeding of flowerbeds - Up to 10hrs per season (normally applied evenly throughout May, June, July, Aug, Sept). [Additional weeding hours is extra charge]
• Pruning and trimming of bushes, shrubs, and hedges of up to 6 feet - once per season (June/July)

Fall Clean-Up

• Leaf- mulching or blowing and removal - 5 visits per season (Oct, Nov, Dec)

End of Year Bed Maintenance

• Pruning and trimming of all necessary plants for winter preparation (Dec)
